The All Butt No Gut meal plan is focused on building muscle, increasing metabolism, and decreasing inflammation within the body. Protein sources are mainly from lean sources like chicken, and fish. Carb sources are high in fiber and low on the glycemic index to avoid spikes in blood sugar that helps control unhealthy cravings. Lastly this meal plan is packed with foods containing anti-inflammatory omega 3-6-9 fatty acids.
